LEAD CHANGE HEART WAY is a compilation of Koo Lily's artwork accompanied by personal reflections and observations, showcasing her journey of self-discovery and transformation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Forced to confront her raw emotions, Lily tapped on the therapeutic benefits of art through art therapist, Rita Eckhart's 40-day challenge, leading her to create an artwork each day. As she continued the practice, Lily noticed deeper meanings in her written reflections and felt transformed from the inside out. This book offers a heartfelt journey of art and words that will guide and connect readers on their own journeys of transformation.
